terigo Posted September 25, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2012 My husband has a bad back, and spends 20 minutes a day upside down on this thing. Does anyone know if the gyms on the Solstice class ships have this particular apparatus? Thanks, Teri
debandbruce Posted September 25, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 25, 2012 My Dh loves the gyms on the S class ships and spends a great deal of time there. I asked him and he said that there are not any inversion tables just regular exercise machinery.

miched Posted December 20, 2014 #6 Share Posted December 20, 2014 The Reflection may have something that could accommodate him as they have a room for suspension training. There is a extra fee for it. happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌞
monicajay Posted December 21, 2014 #7 Share Posted December 21, 2014 I have a terrible back too. No inversion table on the Summit. I find though that just 'hanging out' in the pool for 20-30 minutes will solve my problem.

jveevers Posted December 21, 2014 #9 Share Posted December 21, 2014 I get the Steward to lash me to the Balcony Rail by my feet, and then come get me 30 minutes later. People in Cabin below not that happy though.

Rare Hlitner Posted December 23, 2014 #11 Share Posted December 23, 2014 This has me thinking about DWs ex....who once wanted to take a small trampoline on a cruise. He is over 6 foot tall, but figured he could either jump on his trampoline in the cabin or out on his balcony. Just trying to imagine somebody jumping on a trampoline on the balcony.....and erring in their aim is fruit for thought. And then there are the dents in the cabin ceiling ?. We think the OP might want to look for a ship called the Poseidon where there is a chance that all the tables will be inverted. Hank
