Sounds great, when we were on Veendam a few months ago saw that Penthouse suite had a seperate line for checkin, even though the ship just has 1 Penthouse

I don't think the op has too much to worry about:p:p When we were in the Zuiderdam PH - we were greeted with "we have been waiting for you" a the entrance for 4* and suites.

 

We were escorted through everywhere - security, check in and on up to the neptune lounge with our friends and introduced to the concierge:)

 

I was very taken aback - not expecting it at all - it was very nice:)

 

and will probably never happen again:(

meh. i can't stand the PS. all that space, huge bathroom and balcony with a jacuzzi. course-by-course dining. butler just gets underfoot. i'll take an inside anytime. :D:eek::D

There should be a person with a sign for 4* or suite passengers. this was in FLL - where everyone lines up to enter the building. We just went to the suite passenger sign and they took it from there:D:D Hope it happens for you. It was a very nice touch. btw our friends who were with us were allowed to go along (they were in suites as well):)

 

that was probably the only PH we will ever have:rolleyes:

Just got call from my TA about a upsell from our deeply discounted S suite to the the penthouse suite.

This was our dream always but it was to costly before.

Now we pay even less than the original price of the S suite.

Very happy people overhere:D

 

 

Would you mind sharing how much they wanted for the upsell and how long is the cruise? I am hoping to get an offer on our upcoming Dec. cruise and want to be prepared (we are in an SC now).

Cruise is 17 days and they wanted 1198$ pp.

Yes we also thought this was a good deal.
The new cabin number is already on my reservation paper so finally
can print my papers!!!

Its real now, so excited:D
