You are free to bring on as much water and soda as you please. The only restriction is on hard liquor, not allowed. You are also allowed to bring on two bottles of wine at embarcation only

I believe that the wine restriction is two bottles per cabin only at embarkation. However, I am not certain if that might be increased if more than two share a cabin. Lastly, the ship water is fine; hence, unless you have a problem with tap water, you might wish to forget the water.

The Celebrity website is silent on the matter of bringing non-alcoholic beverages aboard with you. Passengers often bring whole cases of water and soft drinks -- they attach a luggage tag to them and they get delivered to the stateroom.

As stated, the restrictions are on alcoholic beverages -- two bottles of wine per stateroom allowed at embarkation only; no beer, liquor allowed at all.
