What is the best Cruise Insurance company?

Recommended Posts

We just booked our second cruise on the Carnival Dream last night. I remember getting cruise insurance cheaper with someone else last time, but I don't remember who. Does anyone have any suggestions for reliable but inexpensive cruise insurance?:)

Any of the biggies (CSA, TravelInsured, TravelEx......) are good. You need to choose the Policy that has coverages that suit your needs - for instance several insure kids free with insured adults, If you qualify for USAA membership you can get some expanded benefits And slightly lower premiums from TravelInsured. You want to purchase w/in several weeks of booking to get "waiver of pre-existing conditions" and optional "cancel for any reason". ken

I agree with TravelGuard. We recently had to cancel our Med Cruise about a month before sailing due to unexpected illness. We received a check for over $5000 for all non refundable fees from Cruise and Airline within 4 weeks. Very easy to work with.
