I was looking at booking Dec. 2014 on Brilliance and the deck plans showed a card room and a new suite where the CL used to be. She is not scheduled for refurb until next April. So where has the CL gone, please?

The Radiance class ships are having their CL's relocated to the Hollywood Odyssey area of Viking Crown.

CL is the Concierge Lounge, a perk for frequent cruisers and suite guests.

correct. For the moment, the CL hasn't gone anywhere. It is still located on Deck 10. Only after the revitalization, will it move. The deck plan you mention isn't applicable until then.
