I always print our our proof of pre-paid gratuitites, steakhouse resv and any Carnival excursions. In addition, I have a folder for airline, hotel and rental car info as well. I would rather have it and not need it than not have it and need proof of it.

Passports. We leave Saturday and I've had dreams that I forgot our passports. I also have a travel pocket folder with all of our printed confirmations.
