Just prayers and good thought to all with travel plans, homes and everything along the east coast..when the earthquake and Tsunami possibilities hit for Hawaii and after this wait ans watch deal.... it just was so hard to hear...have a dear friend's daughter who had to evacuate from New Orleans as an attorney and homeowner there and did well but what a thing to go through and come back to get what survived upper floor..and now she is in Annapolis and a homeowner, just pray this is not a full fledged equal hell.....just prayers for all there..awful..sarah

I know that it's an optical illusion, but with the waves coming towards the cam, it appears that the buildings in the background are coming towards the cam as well. After about 30 seconds of watching, that quits.

Hope everyone who is on a ship including crews stay safe during this time. Sad for those whose cruises were cancelled. For those on Eastern coastlines stay safe.

That was really cool. Our friend is on the cruise, and it's great they manage to set sail despite the change in itin. She's a cruise noob, so hope this experience won't turn her off. Bon voyage!!!

I have to wonder how many people made it on to the Miracle considering the last minute change. I wouldn't be surprised if the ship is only 50%-60% full.
