Eurodam SS Cat, can Queen Bed Move From Against the Wall?

Hi, I'm counting down to my 2nd HAL Cruise on the Eurodamn Nov 17th. My first cruise was on Noordam, Christmas 2010 Cat VF Handicapped. The Eurodam cruise, I upgraded from VA6001 to SS6056 (can not do "tubs" but SS luckily has a shower and tub.)

Question, the photos I've seen of the SS Suite Queen Bed configuration show the bed smack against the wall? Can those beds be moved away from the wall to create a pathway for the person sleeping on that side? Or is that one bed "stuck" against the wall?

I would appreciate a response, if anyone knows. Looking forward to a fabulous Thanksgiving at Sea!!

Also, I enjoy the HAL Board and reading the threads gives me a "virtual vacation" each time!!! Debcruising

They will be configured w/ one nighstand to either side

Brian, Been reading other threads and found you were in SS8086. We are on Noordam same cabin and I am wondering where the door is for the connecting cabin...... Thanks for the info. Linda

Check our thread for Noordam 11/16 sailing.

Yes, as I recall that cabin is adjoining - so you'd be missing a wardrobe closet.

If you're a heavy-packer/clothes-horse like me - Then it's best to avoid those adjoining rooms even if you're traveling w/ others as you can still communicate between rooms via the verandah's after the steward opens the partition.

:)
