cruise for veterans

I stumbled into this by sheer accident. last month I booked this cruise (as a caribbean sampler) and the following 7 day cruise as a B2B. Within 10 days, the cruise was listed a being completely sold out, which seemed amazing.

 

Anyway, today I went to "my princess" and I saw the cruise being listed as a "cruise for a cause". I clicked on it and discovered it was not only open, but it is a fund raiser for two veterans groups!

 

The CEO of Princess will be aboard as a host.

I got notice of this in an e-mail today and after reading about it, liked the reasons behind it so much I booked the cruise. I never usually book a year in advance but this one I really want to go on.

Got the email as well. So wish I could book this cruise, but it sails a couple weeks after our T/A on the Royal. Pocketbook will be a little light.....:(:(:(

Sounds like it will be fun. And with the CEO aboard, I would imagine things will be at their best.....
