The gyms are actually pretty well equipped too. I can get a good workout on the ship. Eventhough I promise myself I'll take some time off I always wind up going several days, especially when we're at sea.

The gyms are well-equipped and after the first day, there's hardly anyone there. I love going to the gym when I cruise--no wait for equipment; I feel good all day; and I don't feel guilty eating that melting chocolate cake for dinner!:)

I love to go to the gym and run on the treadmill as they face directly out into the water...the view is amazing! There are also saunas available for no charge. The gyms are really well equipped with a nice variety of both cardio and weight training.
