Vitality at Sea age limits

Will my 13yo be allowed to use the running machines in 'Vitality at Sea'? I understand there is a age limit of 18+ on the Spa. Not a gym expert myself, so I don't know what might be included in the definition of 'Spa'. :o

Will my 13yo be allowed to use the running machines in 'Vitality at Sea'?

 

Any fitness machines will be in the gym or fitness center, and gym has a minimum age of 16 years.

He can run on the outside running track. I believe it is on deck 12.
