Of course, I have never been on a ship yet that did not exchange currencies. Go to the Pursers Office @ Customer Service @ Reception.

I don't know about currency exchange on Voyager of the Seas, but on several Princess cruises we have been on recently, the Pursers Desk doesn't exchange currency. Often local bank staff come on board and do money exchange after the ship has docked.

 

I don't think you can count on money exchange on board.
