Jewel of the Seas Movie theater ?

We are going the Jewel in May has anyone been on this cruise recently that can tell us what entertainment shows are playing and what Movies are playing in the movie theater I know thay are older movies but Me and Mom still like to sit and wacth movies because We don't get to do it offten.Olny ba thing is they don't give you Movie theater food aka Popcorn and those cheesey nachos So if anyone has any idea what what Movies will be there please share

We just saw the Bourne Legacy on the Jewel. Sorry to say that is the only movie that I saw and the only one I remember.

They showed "The Artist" in September in the theatre.

 

The theatre is small, maybe 60 seats on a downward slope. Don't sit in the first two rows or you'll be looking up the whole time.

We also saw the "Bourne Legacy" on the Jewel on our Christmas cruise. I don't know when it was released but that should give you an idea of how current the movies are. The theater is definitely small so get there early.

We've haven't been to any theaters on board any ship we've cruised on, we may try this on our cruise in May. Happy cruising. :)

Although we did not watch any of them, the theater on Explorer changed movies daily during the week. I believe most RCI ships do the same.

They tend to show movies from a few months back. For your cruise in May I would expect movies from around now.

 

As for snacks, make a stop at the Windjammer before going to the theater! No one should be lamenting lack of food on a cruise.

We were on the Jewel last week. Each day the movie was different. The Avengers played one day. Battleship on another.

we love going to the movies on Transatlantic cruises, they arent huge and some days you have to get there really early since a lot of seniors go and there are squabbles about saving seats :D, as for snack, the WJ have nachos and guacamole etc at certain times of the day.
