Park Cafe on Serenade: Open When You Board???

On Allure, our first stop after boarding was the Park Café, for a salad and the roast beef sandwich (using the magic words "double meat, please.")

 

Have any of our Cruise Critic friends been on Serenade since it's upgrade, and know whether that ship's Park Café is open at boarding, or is lunch only served at the Windjammer?

Royal modifed the list and one of the changes was adding a Park Cafe to Serenade.

Take a look at the second page of the current list. Looks like plans are somewhat up in the air for several ships with no lists, just "Details coming soon".

Hi,

 

From what I could read so far, Serenade has now a Park Cafe in the solarium.

 

But I don't know about opening hours on embarkation day.

 

We will be boarding in two weeks time from now, so I'll be able to answer your question by the end of the month when we come back :D

We were on the Jan. 4 Serenade sailing. My cruise compass states that on Day 1 Park Cafe (in the solarium) was open from 1-3:30 pm. The Windjammer was open 11:30 - 3:30 pm. Snacks in Park Cafe were 4:30 -6:30 pm and 9:00 pm - 1:00 am on Day 1.
