Cruise Director on Eurodam? Update?

I'm surprised if this has not been asked yet, not finding a thread, but last week on the Eurodam our Cruise Director (JC? I never did see him) was taken off at Grand Turk. We heard he had fallen down stairs and hadn't been feeling well prior to that. Anyone know how he's doing?

 

The comedienne, Julie Barr, took over hosting some of the events and trivia and Heather, the events manager made announcements. They did well but with this and Norovirus, there was something missing in tying together the cruise I think.

Wish him well and hope he is getting good care and is recovering. I always hate to hear when any crew becomes ill or injured. Sending him all good wishes.

I hope he recovers quickly but he was the worse CD we ever had.

 

We enjoyed Julie Barr on Zaandam in Alaska and she would have been a huge improvement.

I had CJ on the Nieuw Amsterdam a year ago. I thought he was quite good. I hope he is okey.

Wow, he's really accident-prone! When I was on the Nieuw Amsterdam last January he had sustained a concussion just prior to when we boarded and was confined to his cabin for the week. The travel guide took over the announcements and the DJ also pitched in.

 

Hope he's doing okay.
