Ecstasy, a quick photo review. Ship, cabin and Food Porn

We didi a 5 night cruise on Ecstasy for our anniversary back in 2012 and thought it was just great for what we paid. I didn't take many photos that cruise, so when we did the same trip this year, I thought I would do a quick photo review here on CC. The Ecstasy is a great little ship with a super crew who take amazing care of her. A real gem for a quick and economical cruise. I would do another cruise on this ship in a heartbeat!

Great food porn!

Serenity and lido photos on the Nassau and Freeport days. It was really cool to enjoy these areas with almost no one around! I even got in the pool, which is VERY rare!

More Food Porn! The food really was very good again, it was good last year as well..

 

Lido desserts that we brought back to the cabin :)

 

French "day" at the buffet for lunch, always my favorite! Not a fan of the buffet in general, but this one I enjoy!

 

A layered egplant dish and a potato gratin from the french buffet, so VERY good! I had this instead of dessert LOL

 

The fresh fruit was usually decent but not a WOW like you find on some cruises.. Guess it just wasnt a great week for the fruit!

Awesome pics! We did this cruise in Jan of 2012 and had a wonderful time! I can't remember our cabin number, but it looked identical to yours!

We have sailed on the Ecstasy twice and enjoyed every minute. The second time was for our anniversary.

 

A couple of days before our departure, Carnival called and offered us the Owner's Suite. It really made the cruise extra special.
