Thanks for taking the time to do this. The Ecstacy was my wife and my's honeymoon ship 11 years ago. Funny, we both don't have very many memories of that cruise or ship. We were also 21 and newly married, so I don't think we left the room much!:eek:

 

We didn't cruise again for 7 years. Then I became addicted, and finally she joined along. Anyhow, it's a nice trip down memory lane. However, there have been some serious upgrades since 2002. She looks much nicer now. :)

May I ask, how was the serenity deck, and was it very crowded on your sea days?

Thanks!! The Serenity deck was crowded on the sea day, but you may find a chair if you aren't looking durring "prime time", which I would say is about 10am to 3pm.

We have sailed on the Ecstasy twice and enjoyed every minute. The second time was for our anniversary.

 

A couple of days before our departure, Carnival called and offered us the Owner's Suite. It really made the cruise extra special.

Thanks for taking the time to post your pictures. I find that picture reviews are so much more informative. I really enjoyed my time on the Ecstasy... Wish she wasn't moving out of Port Canaveral.

I noticed that this cruise isn't available from PC next year, do you know where she is going??

My husband and I are totally hooked on cruising and WDW (ironic that we have not done a Disney cruise yet! Lol)

You guys should try an anniversary cruise to HMC before she changes ports!! (No clue where she's going, gonna try to look it up tonight)

THANX! So much for doing a quick review of one of my fav. Lil carnival ships! Love all the food porn...........but........... Now IM HUNGRY & NOTHING in the fridge looks nearly as good:eek: :D :p

 

Also that is the Jamaican Jerk pork loin with the banana chip on top,

 

MMMM the cold mango soup is my fav, i order it for dessert!:o

The Ecstasy is moving to Miami to replace the Imagination on 3-4 day cruises for the Imagination to take a Panama Canal cruise(i hope to be on) & she will do 3-4 day cruises from long beach!

I know!! Isn't that always the way it is??

 

Now I remember my husband ordering the Jerk Pork dish, he said he enjoyed it!

 

I thought the mango soup was very tasty:p
