Question for Computer Geeks

This question is really for computer experts. I'm trying to get on Royal Caribbean's website from work to look at my account, but I keep getting this message:

 

Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site https://escure.royalcaribbean.com/mycruises/login.do?default=false&cSo=MHDR

 

Operation aborted

 

What does all that mean and how can I correct it so I can look at my account? Have I been blocked from looking at work? I can still get on from home.

There may be other problems but in the URL you have "https://escure . . . "

 

It should be "https://secure . . . "

That is correct...just typo.

If your computer at work is part of a network, there may be a block in place that's preventing you from accessing the site. At the top of your page, in the address bar, do you see "block page" right after the address? If so, that's your answer.

Thanks, Beachbum, I will look for that. I have been able to access it from work until a few weeks ago. I will check for the "block page".

Does your company have one of those, Internet use is for business purposes only, policy?? Could be the IT dept has noticed this site being visited and blocked it.
