Rare Tapi Posted March 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2013 Did you enjoy it and consider it worth the money? We called HAL yesterday to ask more information about the week pass (the agent was very vague) and to get pricing information ($250 per couple). I think it will be a nice little add-on to our vacation, but I wanted to check with those of you who have done it. Thanks for any information that you may provide! :)
gelo7 Posted March 7, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 7, 2013 It was quite enjoyable and worth every cent.
dobiemom Posted March 7, 2013 #3 Share Posted March 7, 2013 It is SO worth it! :) Especially on the Vista class ships. It's usually cheaper on the ship, but if you book ahead the difference will automatically be credited to your S&S account. Be sure to bring confirmation that you bought it and then check your account onboard.
HALrunner Posted March 7, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 7, 2013 It is heavenly! However, we have found on port intensive itineraries it is hard to get our money's worth out of it. If you have several port days in the beginning, you can always sign up a few days in (as long as it doesn't sell out) and they prorate the amount. Good point, although some folks report that they like to hit the spa after spending time walking around in the ports. So, it really depends on you - whether you think you will have the time and energy to use it on port days. We really like the spa on port days that we are not going ashore - as we often have the place to ourself. DaveOKC
thelmalouise-n-thekid Posted March 8, 2013 #6 Share Posted March 8, 2013 Newbie questions here What do you mean by spa pass? Where did you find information on this pass? $250 for 2 people for the week seems pretty cheap compared to the spa related things I have looked at.
