Royal Invites Are Out

Hi all,

 

The invites are out to pre view the Royal in Southampton,

 

under stand around 10,000 are being sent,

 

allocation by luck of the draw,

 

dates are 8th 11th and 12 of June between 9.30 and 3.30

 

self guided tour with lunch,

 

Princess running shuttle bus,

 

expect not much use to you good folks on the far side of the pond

 

or for us in the North of UK

 

but nice day out for those who can make it.

Not mush point in sending them to folks on Pre mmaiden or maiden as we get to see the ship anyway, better for folks who have cruises booked later or might be thinking of booking later,

Not much use to you folks that side of the pond, or us up North but remember I am logged into

 

Cruise Critic UK, not Cruise Critic .Com so we see different stuff from you guys when we log in,

 

so some folks might want to equire about getting a place, if they do not have an invite

Six hours would be great, but Pam and yourself (and lots of other great Cruise Critic members like Brian and Pia, among others) will have PLENTY of time on her to enjoy everything on her at a much more leisurely pace...

I received an invitation this morning but am also sailing on the Maiden Voyage and live too far away to go down for the day. It would be a fantastic day I'm sure, would definitely go had I lived closer!!!

I received one today have requested 11th June as we sail on the Crown on the 12th from Southampton so fingers crossed

Shogun - Thanks for posting. Even though I'm on the "wrong" side of the pond. :p I'm happy enough knowing that I get my own leisurely tour on June 16th. -- Can't wait!!
