I sail in two weeks. What happens if the person I am sailing with cant go. I know we don't get the cost of the cruise itself back but what about tips, port charges, the pre purchased excursions and soda package?

If you can find someone else, call and have that person substituted for the one who can not go.

 

As long as one of the people on the reservation remains the same, the other can change.

 

There is a deadline which C&A told me it was 5 days (I think that is the number).

 

Once when we thought we were going to have to cancel we were told we would get everything back except for the actual cost of the cruise.

If that person cancels, those should be returned.

Your money you have paid for tips, port charges, the pre purchased excursions and soda package should all be refunded without any problems.
