booked tour not showing on reservation

Hi everyone,

We are sailing on the Eclipse in August this year and this will be our first cruise with Celebrity. I booked the cruise with a UK tour agent and we live in Cyprus. I have also booked 1 speciality dinner and three tours, at one time these were all showing on our reservation but the first one I booked is no longer showing. I do have a copy showing it was booked and paid for but should I contact Celebrity or my tour agent. Thank you for your help.

You should contact your travel agent. They can contact Celebrity and sort it out.

 

Our cruise shows the excursions booked but not the drink package or OBC that we are due.

 

Celebrity's web site is not up to the standard of their cruises!

The Celebrity website is as screwy as they come. I've had booked excursions and drinks package appear and disappear at random. The best thing is to bring your invoice with you...just in case. ;)

I have contacted my travel agent who says he cannot help as I booked the tours on line with celebrity and he insists that I must contact them directly, I presume that will be Celebrity UK as I booked with a UK travel agent. I have checked back on the tour and it does seem to be altered from a moderate one to strenuous so maybe that is the reason.

Just hang on to that confirmation. Right now I have a tour booked for Nassau next week & it is showing on my reservation.

 

HOWEVER - it is also showing on my reservation for a cruise in the Pacific in October and my Caribbean cruise in 2014!:D Makes no sense.

Celebrity's website is strange at times. I have three cruises booked, and I was trying to view the excursions for the first one, and the excursions for the third one were showing along the side. EM
