Hi Cruise friends. I spent my 40th birthday on a cruise ship and intend to do the same for my 50th (what a treat!). I'm looking for ideas and suggestions. We've cruised with several cruise lines and done most of the Caribbean. My birthday is January and I'd like to be somewhere warm for 11-15 days and something special. We especially love the fun, entertainment, activities and great food on a cruise ship. What do you suggest and what cruises have you loved for special occasions. (P.S. just me and my fiancé this trip). Thanks!!:)

If you want to stay in the Caribbean I would suggest a week on the Oasis or Allure followed by a week on one of the Celebrity Solstice class ships. The Oasis class has great entertainment and a nice selection of alternate dining places. The new Celebrity ships also have good restaurants - it is a more traditional and laid back cruise. If you and sig other have jobs this gives a chance to relax and refresh before heading back to the job.
