Mentioned the block to friends on our 12/02 Ex sailing. They had hit 140 points on their last cruise and never received a block. They inquired about it and were told by the LA that the first block is now given when the 210 point mark is reached.

According to the website (which is never in error :rolleyes:), milestone recognition starts at 140 points:

I guess the LA on the EX hasn't read the Web Site or the Web Site hasn't been updated yet with the new criteria. However you look at it, he wasn't going to give one out until the member had at least 210 points.

They need to call C&A and ask for their block.

I called C&A a couple of weeks ago to receive our block for our honeymoon cruise in April when we hit 140. It's definitely still 140 (although the LA said 210 on the Explorer a few weeks ago).

If you don't receive one on your cruise, don't fret. Call or email C&A and they will send it to you. Received our second one in Europe and had to shuffle luggage due to the weight (it's a couple of pounds)--UGH. It took 3-6 weeks, but IMO getting it sent to my house was the way to go! Kirsten

Hmmm, 162 points, and we never got a block......not sure id know what to do with it if I got one though....

I stopped by the C&A desk today about hitting 140 points, she looked me up and said I would get the Chrystal by the end of the cruise.
