The one thing that would make the Grandeur better in Baltimore

Is to bring back Captain Rob ~ I love him!:p Please Captain Rob, ask for a transfer back to Baltimore before January!

Where is the like button!!! WE have had Captain Rob twice on Grandeur and thought he was great.

If the Captain gets us to the destinations and back safely, I am happy... How well he does socially is all 'fluff' and really does not matter that much.

We just returned from the Grandeur'a first Baltimore run.

The ship was beautiful and the crew was fantastic.

 

Our only complaint would be the extremely loud music at the pool and Centrum.

 

Please, turn down the volume at the pool and in the Centrum.

 

The lead singer of the Caribbean band "Roots Vibration" that plays at the pool is EXTREMELY loud!!!...he was the same way on the Enchantment. When activities are conducted on the pool deck the voice of the crew leader blasts across the decks. We had to abandon the pool area and move almost to the aft to even talk to each other. The day that a Zumba class was conducted the leader giving instruction kept hollering into the microphone so loud it made us jump (and we were near the aft).

 

When groups perform in the Centrum they are so loud that it is impossible to do anything at guest services, future cruse desks, or sitting anywhere in the Centrum without raising ones voice to almost shouting.

 

Simply turning the volume down a little would make it a lot better.

Would love to see 12 day cruises instead of 10 with some different ports!

Agreed for the 12 night cruises out of Baltimore, especially in the Fall or Spring. With some different ports.

Not interested in going to the Bahamas. Would not mind a 14 night Roundtrip Canada and New England cruise like Summit does out of Bayonne.
