No, the coupon book that the other poster mentioned was for belonging to Royal's loyalty program, called Crown & Anchor. Once you have one Royal cruise completed, you can join C&A and one of the perks is a book full of coupons you get on every cruise. These are paper coupons now, but are transitioning to electronic soon.

We didn't even have the luxury of coupon booklets on our May 5th Adventure cruise. We all just had black and white photocopies on a4 sheets which were a pain to tear out.
