pzico Posted May 24, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 24, 2013 Title says it all. I have MLife card with the smallest benefit level. I reserved cruise on Allure of the Seas through travel agent. Is there anything I can use the card for?

pzico Posted May 24, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted May 24, 2013 Thanks. As I have only Sapphire, I think the only possible valuable bonus is the Ultimate Value Booklet. Any idea where can I get it and when?
CVSGUY Posted May 25, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 25, 2013 I had TA chase this down as soon as I got the e-mail from RCCL. She said I had to choose between WOW OBC or the M-life benefits. Even at Platinum it wasn't worth it.
CVSGUY Posted May 25, 2013 #5 Share Posted May 25, 2013 Gold on M-life, not Platinum.
publicpersona Posted May 25, 2013 #6 Share Posted May 25, 2013 How does this work in the other direction? I stay at MGM properties in Vegas sometimes. I just signed up for M Life but don't see anywhere to enter my Crown & Anchor number or anything like that. Update: Never mind. Answer is to call M Life 1-888-987-7887 and give them your C&A number. hexonx Posted June 22, 2013 #7 Share Posted June 22, 2013 Im currently a gold member on M Life. How do you get the benefits do I need to call RCI or can I just bring my card to my cruise. I will probably be Platinum by the time we cruise.

I will probably be Platinum by the time we cruise. Call RCI. Most of the benefits are distributed by the casino host once you arrive on board but they need to know you're coming. RCI will put the notation on your file with your Mlife level.
publicpersona Posted June 22, 2013 #9 Share Posted June 22, 2013 Neither MGM or Royal Caribbean folks are helpful in figuring out the reciprocity. I gave up after about 15 phones calls trying to get my MLife status raised (due to being D+ on Royal). They either have no idea what you're talking about, or they say they don't have anything to do with it and Royal has to change your MLife status (huh?), or they go away for 15 minutes and come back to read you what's on the website. Neither program's website has any information about how you actually get the benefits listed. I'm heading to Vegas again soon and wanted to see what deals on lodging and entertainment I could get, and the only thing they said was to bring my RC Diamond Plus "card" to the MLife desk. First of all, if there ever was a D+ card, I don't remember it. And after I'm already there is a little late to be arranging lodging.

I will probably be Platinum by the time we cruise. I haven't sailed yet with Royal Caribbean, but I am a Pearl level MLife member. I contacted my TA to inquire and gave him my MLife number. He called Royal Caribbean, and they used my MLife number to create a past passenger number for me. (You normally have to have completed one cruise before getting a C&A account.) So I have a C&A account for my first sailing. Not sure what that gets me.....Do you get one point for each day sailed>

Sign in to the RCCL web site and print the page that shows your C&A status and number and just show it at the MLife desk and they will set your MLife status to the appropriate level.
