Yeah! Another reason to use a TA!

I was on the Princess site, as I usually am once a day, and noticed that the price of my upcoming cruise went down again. I got on the phone right away and called my TA. She called and spoke with Princess. As she was arguing with them online, her Princess rep came into the office. Apparently it was for new bookings only. I didn't see that anywhere on the site but she fought with a supervisor. The last time the price went down for my cruise, I went with a non-refundable deposit and upgraded to a mini suite. I can't cancel and rebook to get the lower rate, so instead they upgraded my suite category. I went from an ME mini-suite to an MB.
