Has anyone had success in calling Group Sales Dept?

I have been trying to contact group sales without going thru a ta. I have been on hold several times for over 30 minutes before I give up and hang up.

Regular booking dept can't help, crown and anchor dept didn't help either. Any ideas?

If you have been trying anytime this week, the RCI reps (which I would expect includes the group reps) - directly and with TA's - have been very busy assisting the approximate 15,000 passengers with cancellations to rebook as a result of the Grandeur situation. Group bookings do need to go through the group department, so I would continue to try next week and be patient with any delays.
