Can one one tell the latest we can apply OBC for our trip? My parents are scheduled to come with us, but they are not feeling all that well. I don't want to convert her rewards to OBC and then have them cancel the trip.

It does not take them long to apply OBC from points, maybe a week or so. I'd plan to apply the points at least 2 weeks in advance just to be sure.

If you do it 2 weeks out you should be good. Print a copy and carry with you. If it is not there when you get on board, they can call and get it applied.

I have done it 4 days before when we booked last minute and had no problem but.....:rolleyes:

We did it about 3 weeks prior to sailing, and some sailing companions did it 4 days prior to sailing. Neither of us had issues. The credits were there when we boarded.
