CelticMutt Posted July 12, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2013 Hi, we're experienced cruisers in our early 60's planning our first Mediterranean cruise in spring 2014. We're looking for a cruise line a cut above in luxury for a week (maybe a little longer) in predominantly the western part of the Mediterranean. Suggestions as to line, ship, ports of call, excursions, and included services, etc would be welcome. TIA! Bill

Rare LHT28 Posted July 12, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2013 Regent, Silversea, Seabourn, Seadream & Crystal are all luxury lines See what suits your lifestyle & budget What works best for one person may not work best for you Enjoy
Rare Keith1010 Posted July 12, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 12, 2013 The luxury lines were noted by LTH28. They all have great attributes. But what is best for one person is not always the best for another. Take a look at them all. They all have some similarities but also differences. dorisis Posted July 12, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 12, 2013 in my opinion Oceania and Azamara are a BIT UPSCALE BUT NOT QUITE AS PRICEY AS THE LUXURY SHIPS
