What is the Carnival Glory Sun Mer Seafood Snack Bar?

I read somewhere that there is a Sun Mer Seafood Snack Bar on Carnival Glory but I cannot find much more information about it. Anyone know about it? Thanks.

we just got off the Glory on Sunday and I didn't see it. I'm also not a fan of seafood so I wasn't looking out for it, but the only restaurant that was geared to seafood was the "Fish and Chips"

Are you referring to Fish & Chips? I was on the Glory last month and at the Fish & Chip station they do serve a variety of different seafood.

They (the fish and chips station) had a tuna/watermelon ceviche that I really enjoyed (more than once.) They also had an octopus salad but I never tried.

The regular fish and chips is ok, the fish is good but i wish there was more. Here is a picture of the fish and chips from the glory that i took about 3 years ago:

 

as you can see, you get more chip (french fries) then fish :(

Sur Mer is the fish and chips part of the buffet. It's located on deck 10 aft, upstairs from the large dessert table. They have fried fish, french fries, fried oysters, ceviche, bouillabase (sp?) and I think they are only open during lunch hours.

 

Sur Mer is only offerred on the Conquest, Glory, Valor, Liberty and Freedom.

They have a good soup and the ceviche is delicious! the other stuff they have is a bit greasy for me.

Thanks, my husband will be happy to try it!! He is not a big guy but he has a huge appetite so he is looking forward to trying everything.
