This weigh-in is July's last

How did July go by so fast

 

Hope August goes slower and is a winner

In five months we will be cooking Christmas dinner

 

Don't want to think about that today

So Santa you can take a longer rest and stay away

 

Remember the summer's when we weighed less

Always bare foot and wore shorts and dresses

 

Oh I remember those days to a tee

I think I was Two or Three

Don't believe that I will make my goal in the next three weeks ... I lost 0.4# this week for a total of 37.8. I have 7.5# to go. I'm still motivated, but it is getting a little more difficult to keep the motivation up each day.

Hi, everyone. I am back from my cruise. Had a fabulous time.

Belle, I am glad to hear that you are still hanging in there.

Jan, you are doing awesome!

Diana, staying the same is always a good thing cuz it's not a gain.

I am up 1.5lbs. That is not bad because I was on a 9-day cruise. I tried to not overeat and barely drank any alcohol. I did a lot of walking and took the stairs as much as possible.

I am now going to start planning my cruise for next summer. I like the anticipation and it does give me some motivation for more weight loss.

Belle ~ where did July go?!:confused: Glad to hear you're hanging in there.

 

I don't know what the problem is with my scale but I had 3 different numbers again so I took the highest which means I am UP 2.4 lbs since last week & I didn't even go on a cruise!:(

 

Rose ~ did that cruise go to Bermuda? Good for you hardly gaining any weight at all

 

Hope I don't get kicked out of the club for bad performance.:o

Jo, the cruise did go to Bermuda and also some Caribbean islands. It was 9 days....we had 4 sea days and went to Bermuda, St Maarten, Puerto Rico and Labadee, Haiti. I just love those sea days.

We docked at King's Wharf. We did not overnight. The only time we did the overnight in Bermuda was when we did the 5-night trip from Bayonne to Bermuda.
