I lost 0.4# this week for a total of 37.8. I have 7.5# to go. I'm still motivated, but it is getting a little more difficult to keep the motivation up each day. Good luck to all. nyer Posted July 25, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 25, 2013 Hi, everyone. I am back from my cruise. Had a fabulous time. Belle, I am glad to hear that you are still hanging in there. Jan, you are doing awesome! Diana, staying the same is always a good thing cuz it's not a gain. I am up 1.5lbs. That is not bad because I was on a 9-day cruise. I tried to not overeat and barely drank any alcohol. I did a lot of walking and took the stairs as much as possible. I am now going to start planning my cruise for next summer. I don't know what the problem is with my scale but I had 3 different numbers again so I took the highest which means I am UP 2.4 lbs since last week & I didn't even go on a cruise!:( Rose ~ did that cruise go to Bermuda?
