Carnival Legend

Bigger than fantasy class but small than all the rest. Great layout, less crowded. My favorite ship to date. Will be sailing her for the 4th time next year.

Thanks Cuya! Ready to go back to the Caymans, and kind of done with the giant ships and crowds for at least one year. Had lots of fun on the Glory and valor, the Legend seems like it may be a good one for us to try.

Love the Spirit class ships which the Legend is one...It is one of my favorite ships, easy to get around on no matter what deck you are on...perfect size in my opinion...not so large that you get "lost in the crowd" and the plus is that it's a great itinerary....we'll be on her for the 5th time in 47 days and I can't wait...

See all the ships in my signature? Legend is my favorite.

Love the layout, food, crew, serenity deck. Love the casino too, but it doesn't love me. Carnival does.. lol

I'm hearing nothing but great things about the Legend! I think i'm sold! lol

I agree Meow! The crowds and having to walk a mile gets old quick on the big ships. I'm feeling good about the Legend.

Thanks

Hi

Love that it has the sliding roof so if it is raining they just close it and the pool and surrounding deck is still useable. The fact that it has a pool at the aft and a large spa in the gym are all plusses in my opinion.

The spirit is my favorite class of ships Hope you get to experience it

Well her ports are Cozumel, Belize, Roatan and Grand Cayman, order is different.

She is a lot smaller than the Dream and Glory.

Not as many lines for food. No poolside movie screen. No water works park. More thought out and easier than the Dream.

Has over 1,000 less people. The ratio for people/public space is a lot better, so not as much crowding.

2 pools and a lot of deck chairs. Lots of outer sports. Gym is beautiful and fully equipped. Spa is relaxing.

These were based off of the Carnival Pride, but they are built the same and the deck plan is the same. Difference is itineraries, names and décor!

Hope you choose it and enjoy it!! By the time you go on it she would have been Aussie-fied and you could get a lot more benefits than listed above. Either way enjoy!

I've been on the Glory once, the Dream once, and the Legend twice. Given a chance, I'd make that 3 times. I didn't like the layout on the Glory, the Dream was nice, but too many people, too many lines. The Legend was a great size, great layout, and great service.

Went on Legend 7/2012, Dream 7/2013, and heading for the Legend again in November. Was on Glory a few years ago. Glory was small yet felt crowded because of bad layout. It never felt easy going from one part of the ship to another. Dream was crowded because of lots of people. Crowds everywhere. And the lower levels of the ship were hard to navigate. Legend was just perfect in size and layout. Inside our cabins, though, we couldn't tell the difference from one ship to another.

I've been on the Glory, the Legend and the Dream, and I'll be returning to the Legend in October.

It's really easy to get around and if its rainy out get lost in the "enchanted forest". Make sure you have a book with you. LOL

I have been on all 3 ships. They all have their good points. This will be our 2nd time on the Legend and we have also been on the Spirit. I love the Legend because of it's size. We leave in 13 days, I can't wait.
