Thats what i did once I got on board Freedom as 5:30 is just TOO early to eat and 8:30 is too late.
nicoleinwi Posted August 22, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2013 I also do my time. Some days you are still in port at 5:30.

Late seating on the Freedom is now 8PM on some (if not all) sailings. The OP should be able to change to Late Seating if they want to. Contact your TA or change your request online if you booked it yourself. You may have to go on a waitlist, but you'll still probably get your request. Worst case scenario -- talk to the dining supervisor (whatever they are called) after you board the ship and request a change.
Robinola Posted August 22, 2013 #5 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Call Royal directly and change your time, unless you ordered thru travel agent, call them instead. Call soon.
Rare Lionesss Posted August 22, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 22, 2013 There maybe only one or two days that you could be two rushed or arrive late back for dinner. Why dont you book a specialty restuarant or eat in Windjammer those nights, and keep your early dinner. 8pm is a late time for dinner for some. We loved the Freedom. Topo Gigio Posted August 24, 2013 #7 Share Posted August 24, 2013 And maybe you are tired to if you arrive late from a shore excursion, so Windjammer will be the answer for the day.
RCI Cruisers 004 Posted August 24, 2013 #8 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Just call Royal and change your dining time. Or like others have said, do my time and make your own reservation time !
