Tongass Alaska Two Tone Jacket

I am wondering how big these jackets are and how warm? I want to know if the XL is a men's or woman's XL, there is a significant difference. =)

 

They sound warm with the fleece lining inside.

I wanted to buy it first thing when we got to Ketchikan, but the Small was too big for me and I bought it in another store, not Tongass. Anyway, the prices were the same in all the stores.... 19.90$. We found a much better quality right on the Pier for 24.90$. I'm usually a 40 European.

I assume you are a woman? Then that's about a medium US, which would probably make these a men's size.

Hopefully I'll get a few more confirmations on this. :) I want to buy soon instead of waiting until we get there next May. These sound perfect for MN.

Yes, I'm a woman. I'm a Medium at Zara & H&M if it helps...

Re - Tongass, I've seen the reviews on this forum and went straight ahead to them, BUT when I didn't find my size, I went looking at other shops, and ALL of them had the sale of 19.90$ - found a huge difference in the fleece quality, hood removal or not, a strap for adjusting the sleeves at the wrist (sorry about my English) - so in the end, it was worth spending a few more $ and buy in another store. Suggest buying a size larger so you have room to add layers underneath as needed.

 

As for which size to get, just try them on when you are there.

No need to decide in advance.
