Is anyone else having difficulty signing into Voyage Personaliser today? Just wanted to check a status update and tells me I am unable to access try later. I have previously signed in without issue.

I'm getting the P&O Voyage Personaliser when I try. This is not the first time this has happened. I wish I knew enough about computers to know how this can happen. In the "old days" we would have said they had their wires crossed.:D

I had that happen a few times before my last voyage. Try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then try again.

Thanks everyone for the replies...still saying same thing at this end...I suppose it is still early hours Monday morning in US & UK...evening here in Oz. Will try and call Cunard later.

The personaliser does weird things. There seem to be a few different log in entry points. Make sure there is an .au in the URL.

This happened to me last cruise. Try using another browser like Firefox. I could then access the site.

Thanks Sydgal. Found a message on Cunard website saying they were having difficulty and where trying to rectify..hurry up !!!
