RC Guest Ticket Booklet - Embarkation Time Assigned?

The Guest Ticket booklet that I received has the Check-In time as 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. However, it also has the following "recommendation" - They offer a check in time for each deck to "better enhance the check in and boarding experience"

 

The check in time for my Deck is 1:30 pm. However, I am staying right down the street from the port and would like to embark as early as possible. Is this time strictly enforced or can I actually check in at any time between 11 and 2:30? :confused:

We typically arrive at the port around 10:30 and are on board between 11:00 - 11:30.

Anytime you want to start your vacation. They try and stagger in hopes everyone won't all arrive at once. I never pay any attention to the time, we leave our hotel around 10:30 and get down between 10:45 & 11 AM
