suncrab Posted September 29, 2013 #8 Share Posted September 29, 2013 Thanks for putting that up on CC Jill. It is good news that they are doing something about this common problem at the pools as it is not fair on people looking for a chair to relax in. suncrab Posted September 29, 2013 #10 Share Posted September 29, 2013 it would be good if they policed it but i have my doubts Yes I suppose they need to commit someone in the nature of parking police to run around with a piece of chalk lol!!!. I will see how good it works when we sail.
gbenjo Posted September 29, 2013 #11 Share Posted September 29, 2013 I think it is fantastic that they are looking after us old folks and picking up the stuff that all those "forgetful"oldies leave behind on the pool deck. You Know how we keep losing/ forgetting things..."bloody nice of them I reckon ..must all be part of delivering the WOW. :D:D
fishtaco Posted September 29, 2013 #12 Share Posted September 29, 2013 The signs are at the pool areas on RCI and Carnival but are not really policed! But both have a $10 or $20 charge for not returning pool towels so if an attendant takes your left stuff they will also deposit your towels in the return bin and you will be charged as you have no towels to personally return:)

Cassicruiser Posted September 30, 2013 #14 Share Posted September 30, 2013 Fantastic! Hopefully they will police it on Celebrity, but even if they don't, if I see a chair that has clearly had no-one there for 30 mins or more, it's mine! If someone comes back later and claims it, I can politely point to the sign...
Gold Coast Cruisers Posted October 1, 2013 Author #15 Share Posted October 1, 2013 Our friend said they were policing it, and it seems to be working very well. Everyone is happy around the pool. :) Jill:)
