our first oceana cruise

we have been on many cruises this will be our first on oceana crystal provides free shuttle service into the main part of the port. does oceana have a similar service.. we are sailing on the insignia june 20 2014. can't find to much info on insignia any info or tips on sailing with oceana would be most helpful rich & ronny

OCEANIA or the port authority will have shuttles in some ports

Unfortunately you will not know until you get there

If it is a working port where no one is allowed to wander freely then a shuttle will be provided to closet city centre

 

If you list the ports someone might be able to tell you if there is a shuttle or not

Insignia has been off on a long-term charter to a German company. It is coming back to Oceania in the spring and they will do a major dry dock. So you will be sailing on sparkling clean ship with some nice new features!

thank you for your replies. It is good news about the drydock we have booked the A class balcony looking forward to our first oceana sailing

On the shuttles, when they have them we found them to be really good. Since we don't like to tour much (unless we really want to see something) it's a great why to get into town.
