Lunch on Breeze

Hi everyone! We will be on the Breeze for a B2B in February. Food looks great and while I am eager to try the open air food venues like the burger and burrito places, I do enjoy the main dining room for lunch.

 

I have two questions. When do the comedy brunches take place? Also, do they have main dining room open seating regular lunches, as well during the cruise? I have cruised a dozen times in the last twenty years and really like the main dining room lunch experience - not every day, but a few times during a week long cruise.

Correct, Carnival no longer does lunch in the MDR. It is Brunch on Sea days and Breakfast on port days.

Skimming through various threads, it seems like they have eliminated breakfasts in the main dining room on both sea days and port days. Anyone else hear news of this?

Is this for the entire fleet or certain ships. When reading the description of the dining options for the Splendor, it states that open seating for breakfast and lunch is available in the Gold Pearl dining room.

I was just on the Breeze the end of August. Absolutely loved the ship and can't wait to sail her again. On sea says you have brunch. They did away with the comedy. On port days the aft Blush is open for breakfast from 7 to 9.
