Cabin 8500 on Liberty (any insights)

 Share

Recommended Posts

Just booked 8500 on Liberty. Really challenging getting past cruiser experiences. And available photos are GENERIC Family Oceanview cabins.

Any insights. opinions, thoughts, on 8500 on Liberty (or other Freedom class ships, I assume within that the Freedom class, that 8500 is the same)

Thanks.

First, thanks for the pix and the quick responses !

How was the sound "proofing" between 8500 and 8200 ? Just with all those folks in one cabin, i thought the 'noise' from the neighbors may be an issue

Never heard anything, plus we were never asked to be quite ;)

IMO 8500 is the better cabin.

Did you move your parents to that cabin? That will give them lots of space but that cabin is all the way forward so will be lots of walking and might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

We stayed in9500 on the explorer. Not sure if the square footage is different, but we just loved the cabin. It was huge, and the kids loved having their own space complete with storage .we loved having a real sitting are and the forward facing windows were so nice when we were coming into port .

It was a bit of a walk, but it was well worth the trip
