Is Adventure Ocean open the first night of a 4 night sailing on Majesty of the Seas?

I've read that Adventure Ocean is only open for sign ups on the first night of a cruise.

I know this is the case for 7 night+ cruises but thought it may be different on shorter cruises

I know when we were on carnival last Nye the kids program open up but not til like nine or ten that nite which was fine since we start partyin around that time goin to the club onboard

Adventure ocean is not open on the first day. You can only sign up for the program but cannot drop your children off until day 2.

I'm not looking to dump my kids at AO; we don't mind them being with us. It's them that will be wanting to head to AO and mad that it's not open..

Don't know what the cutoff is but AO was open the first night of our three night Monarch cruise last year.
