rindanonna Posted November 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I am a novice at gambling but do enjoy the lower denomination slots. Never mind I don't have a clue what I am doing but spinning that wheel. Anybody have favorites on Epic?
jonbgd Posted November 19, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 19, 2013 My GF played the penny slots on our Epic TA. I didn't realize someone can loose that much, so fast, on penny slots:eek: Good thing I was up on the BJ table. I did enjoy playing the new Japanese penny slots $20 for a couple hrs play. They were loud but a lot going on One of our CC group won a jackpot on the penny monkey machines
VideoTech Posted November 19, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 19, 2013 .....Never mind I don't have a clue what I am doing but spinning that wheel... Well, that's really all you do on a slot machine. Beyond setting how much you want to bet each time you spin. There's no "system," and every spin is completely random. Nor will you win more at the beginning of the cruise or loose more at the end. So, machine choice depends on what you like. If you like the long odds of a big win, play one of the progressive machines..the ones you see with the jackpot amount going up and up on a big display over the machine. With the progressive machines, you won't get a lot of little wins, but you have the shot at the big win. If you'd like to feel like your money is lasting longer, don't play a progressive. Find a machine (and this is mostly just trial and error) that makes a lot of smaller payouts. Beyond that, just sit back and have fun!
NLH Arizona Posted November 19, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 19, 2013 If they have the Banana King Slots (did on the Pearl and Jewel), they are a lot of fun. Each game has a free spin bonus and then there is the random Banana King bonuses that are a whole lot of fun. If you get a good group on the machines (there were only five on the Pearl and Jewel), it is a hoot, because everyone roots for everyone else to win on the Banana King bonus. NLH Arizona Posted November 19, 2013 #6 Share Posted November 19, 2013 (edited) Is that the one that has animals racing each other,as one of the free spins? Yes the Banana King bonuses are the animals racing (we all hated this one), free spins, bingo and the monkey climbing up the three. It also has another random bonus where you get cards and can try for the major or minor jackpots (I got the minor jackpot one day four times on my machine). Love my butler Posted November 20, 2013 #9 Share Posted November 20, 2013 Be prepared to lose most or all of your money. They are very, very tight. Not regulated like AC or Vegas so the payout is low.
