cruzzza Posted January 16, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 16, 2014 (edited) Lost 1.4 and I'm happy because my goal was to lose 1 to 1.5 per week for about 23 weeks. Also lost 1.2% body fat. Jan_In_Maine Posted January 16, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I am down 1.2# this week .... but I had originally lost that back in November:rolleyes: I have 2.4 to go to get back to where I was the beginning of December - I have 12.1# to go to get to my goal.
