Long shot, but ...Tai Chi onboard NCL?? Ever seen it?

They had a Tai-Chi Yoga class on my recent cruise. A mix of Yoga and Tai-Chi. $12 for the class.

I think she means Tai Chi as in that pink fruity drink with the umbrella in it. Not sure if it's part of the UBP or not.

We saw people doing Tai Chi on the Promenade deck several times when we walked by. It did not seem to be a class, although I noticed one person did seem to be leading but isn't that the way groups do Tai Chi in public, so that they stay together?

Yes, generally in the lower to mid levels of the art, we all stay together...after that, it's a little different, more one-on-one with a Master. I'm really happy to hear this tho! If there is one onboard my sailing, this is one group I will happily join in. :)

Gotta say tho: that had to be COLD....I am something of a wuss when it comes to "cold" temps and wouldn't have joined that one and would have just made do in the gym. :eek:

You may want to check the bulletin board near Guest Relations to see if any groups are forming or, if you want to be an informal organizer, ask GR if you can post an announcement indicating that you are looking for Tai Chi partners.
