Rare CruisinCrow Posted February 1, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 1, 2014 I don't know but that happened two weeks ago on Victory. They didn't start boarding until about 12:30. I hope you get on soon!

deborahjo Posted February 2, 2014 #7 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Cruise before you go to Belieze? They have to do more detailed customs inspections coming from there.
psyllie Posted February 2, 2014 #8 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Wow, we got off the Breeze this a.m. (self-assist) before 8 a.m. All seemed to be moving well.

cccer Posted February 2, 2014 #10 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Cruise before you go to Belieze? They have to do more detailed customs inspections coming from there. Do you know why they do this for Belize? We will be going there this summer and just curious.
Elaine5715 Posted February 2, 2014 #11 Share Posted February 2, 2014 I don't think it is Belize specific. They do it every few weeks and since a ship rotates between two itineraries, it is just a 50/50 chance.
michiganirish Posted February 10, 2014 Author #12 Share Posted February 10, 2014 thanks for all the responses - got off breeze this am - we found out it had something to do with immigration and food - finally got on board and something to eat by 1. Count yourself lucky. Still waiting to get on the Magic that was delayed because of fog. They say should be boarding by 9 pm. It's all good. I am on vacation. We were on the same cruise and suffered the same wait and tedious boarding. It's interesting to learn why...I had assumed the ship arrived in port late due to fog. But cruise is over now and someone else is enjoying #RhythmNation in the Ocean Plaza. :(
