Oasis under-bed storage

Anyone know how many inches beds are from floor for storing suitcases? I have a large Samsonite hard-side and want to be sure I don't have to keep it in the shower during our cruise!:rolleyes:

We had no problems with our various sized suitcases going under the bed. And if yours doesn't fit under the bed closed, just slide it under the bed opened flat. Also, there is a slight lip around the edge of the bed frame that is lower than the mattress, so if you slightly lift the frame you can get a bigger suitcase under.

We had 2-29" suitcases that fit under the beds nicely.

We had three large suitcases under our beds the last two cruises and we had no problem...

Storing your luggage in the shower has been something you have had to resort to :eek:.

Thank you for your responses. I not only have to be prepared for on-board luggage storage, but Frontier has size limitations on suitcases, too.:rolleyes:

 

Yes, I have had to store oversize items in a shower...we have an RV and sometimes that is the only place for oversize storage, or the clothes hamper. We're abandoning our "land yacht" for the Oasis this trip. Too much snow in Colorado right now to try to make it out of state to Arizona or Texas or other warmer climes. 2+ weeks and we make the trek to FLL - hope the storms let up so we can get out of DIA without problems. One day it's 50 degrees, the next it's in single digits. Gotta love winter, but the skiing right now is fantastic.

We didn't have a problem fitting our rather large suitcases under the bed on Oasis. :)

If you do, just lift the bed so it'll pass under the bed frame.

We sailed on Oasis on 11th Jan and have 3 x Hard Case Samsonite cases (2 medium and 1 Large). None of the cases fit under the bed closed, however we were able to open up 2 of the cases lie them flat and slide them under the bed . We kept the larger case closed and upright in between the bed and the sofa lounge . With 3 of us in the room and utilising the fold out lounge, it worked fine for us.
