We were just on Allure of the Seas and i purchased an open booking certificate. I never received anything but i see where my credit card was charged the $100.00. Was i supposed to receive an actual certificate or how do i go about using the so called certificate when booking another cruise. I did not use a travel agent for our Allure cruise. Thanks..

When purchased earlier on the cruise I have always gotten a copy in my stateroom. If you purchased late in the cruise, you may not receive a paper copy in your stateroom while on-board. You should receive an email regardless with a PDF attached sent to the email address that you used when you filled out the application.

I booked a cruise this week using one I bought in 2012. It took the RCCL rep less than 5 minutes to find that and another certificate I had forgotten about. Just call and they can look it up/send you the confirmation email.
